Air treatment refers to the process of improving the quality of indoor or outdoor air through various methods and technologies. It involves removing pollutants, controlling humidity levels, and enhancing ventilation to create a healthier and more comfortable environment for occupants. Air treatment can be applied in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional settings to address different air quality concerns and improve overall well-being.
Technologies:
Wet Air Scrubber
A wet air scrubber, also known as a wet scrubber or wet scrubbing system, is an air pollution control device used to remove contaminants, particulate matter, gases, and odors from industrial exhaust gases or process air streams. Wet scrubbers utilize water or other liquid solutions to capture and neutralize pollutants through a process of absorption, adsorption, or chemical reaction.
Cyclones & Multi Cyclones Dust Collector
Used for collection of coarse dust particles. Our cyclones are effectively designed to remove dust with anemission level of 200 mg/m 3 . The pressure drop across the cyclones are as low as 50-100 mm WG resulting in energy savings. For high dust loading condition they act as primary filtering system before the bag filter. They do not require any maintenance. Multi cyclones are offered to handle larger volumes of hot gas and to achieve better emission standards. Mostly used for flue gas filtration from Boilers, Kilns etc. where the operating temperature is high and the particulate is of abrasive nature.
