Air Pollution Control Device
From manufacturing to on-site commissioning — Envioron Ecosol Pvt. Ltd. handles the complete journey of your dust collection system, built around your plant’s specific needs.
What is a cyclone dust collector with bag filter ?
Cyclone dust collector with bag filter is a two-stage dust collection system. The first stage uses a cyclone — spinning airflow that throws heavy dust particles to the walls, where they drop into a hopper below. The second stage is a bag filter that catches the finer dust that makes it past the cyclone. Together, the two stages handle a wide range of dust types and deliver clean air output consistently.
Stage 01
Cyclone separation
Dust-laden air enters and spins at high speed. Centrifugal force pushes heavier particles outward — they settle in the hopper. No filter, no moving parts, no maintenance needed here.
Stage 02
Bag filters
Lighter, finer dust hits the fabric filter bags. The bags trap what the cyclone misses and the clean air passes through — meeting required outlet standards before discharge.

How Envioron Ecosol helps your industry ?
At Envioron Ecosol Pvt. Ltd., we provide efficient and reliable Cyclone Dust Collector systems designed to control dust emissions and improve air quality in industrial operations. Our solutions help industries effectively separate and collect dust particles from process air streams, ensuring cleaner working environments and compliance with pollution control norms. Designed for high efficiency, low maintenance, and long service life, our cyclone dust collectors are suitable for industries such as cement, stone crushing, wood processing, foundries, boilers, and manufacturing units. By reducing airborne particulate matter, protecting equipment, and improving operational efficiency, we help industries maintain safer, cleaner, and more sustainable operations.

Understanding your dust problem first
Before anything is designed or built, our team visits your site and studies the source of the dust — whether it is from a boiler, a kiln, a crusher, or a processing line. We look at dust type, temperature, gas volume, and available space. No guesswork. Every system starts with a proper assessment.
Custom manufacturing for your plant
We do not sell off-the-shelf equipment. The cyclone body, the bag filter housing, the hopper size, the number of filter bags — all of it is designed and manufactured to match your specific gas flow, dust load, and temperature conditions. If your application needs a multi-cyclone bank, we build that too. Every unit leaves our facility built for the plant it is going to.
Installation at your site/ location
Our team handles the mechanical installation — ductwork connections, structural mounting, access platforms, and inlet-outlet integration with your existing process line. We work around your production schedule to keep downtime to a minimum and make sure the installation is done right the first time.
Operation & maintenance support
After commissioning, we stay available for scheduled maintenance, bag replacement, and repair work. We also offer full O&M contracts that include skilled manpower, consumables, and regular service visits — so you do not have to manage the system alone.
Commissioning and trial runs
Once installed, we commission the system in your presence — checking airflow, pressure drop, hopper discharge, and filter condition before handing over. We run the system under actual operating conditions, make adjustments on the spot, and do not leave until everything is working as it should.
Why this system works well

Basic moving parts in the cyclone
The cyclone runs on Basic Tech System. There is basic service to be done to maintain the system.

Bag filters last longer
The cyclone removes the bulk of the dust before it reaches the bags — so the bags handle far less load and need replacing less often.

Works in high-temperature conditions
Suitable for hot flue gas, abrasive dust, and processes that run at temperatures regular filters cannot handle.

Scales up with multi-cyclone banks
When Dust volumes are large or standards are tighter, multiple cyclones can be arranged in parallel to handle the load.
